Mrs Kavita Yadav is a seasoned industrialist with a knack for the liquor domain. She is the Chairperson and Managing Director of The group.

Under her patronage the M & B Group has emerged as one of the prime contenders of the liquor industry. Her forte includes natural leadership aptitude.

Her husband, Late Major OP Yadav, along with her founded the companies and his legacy was unparalleled in the industry – since 1990 till his demise, he has been the President of the prestigious Alwar chamber of commerce and industry, which comprises of over 51 companies including Dabur India Ltd, Eicher Motors, Ashok Leyland etc. he also presided over Rajasthan LPG Federation.

He has various other acclamations to his credit:
He was the General Secretary of the “All India Malt Manufacturers Association” besides being member of the “All India Brewer’s Association”.

With an inclination towards taking up the common cause, he had organized medical checkups, financial assistance, scholarships etc, for the less fortunate. He also contested the Vidhan Sabha elections during February 2000 from Mundawar constituency of district Alwar. Owing to all these accolades his sphere of influence extended to all aspects of society and industry.
